Mike, DoBuild’s director and founder, has a masters degree in civil engineering and over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry in London. He leads company strategy including long-range planning. His knowledge and expertise are always at the service of our clients.
Juliana is a qualified project manager with strong experience in construction. She has previously worked as an architect for over 7 years and in mid-2019 she obtained a master’s degree in Project Management. She is passionate, detail-oriented and ensures our projects are delivered to the highest quality.
Polys is a construction architect with over 10 years’ experience. He is passionate, determined and loves a challenge. Solution-driven and enthusiastic, his natural talent and experience make him the perfect project manager.
Alexandra is a strategic business development professional with broad experience in identifying emerging and niche markets. She is a highly motivated team player with a comprehensive understanding of multicultural working environments. Her goal-oriented approach and belief in the power of strategic alliances has led to the successful conceptualisation, development and orchestration of some of our most popular services.
Manuel has experience in both the private and public sectors. He has an established reputation as a sales leader, driven by challenge and committed to furthering standards of excellence. Erika is committed to excellence in customer service. Energetic, reliable and efficient, she is invested in optimising our customers’ experience. Her commitment drives customer loyalty and has led to the development of many long-term customer relationships.
Andreas is our in-house finance expert. Focused and disciplined, he is the go-to person for everything to do with finance and expenses. Andreas’ responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, improving procedures and controls, identify risks to delivery and proposing solutions where necessary. He deals with working capital management and produces cash flow forecasts enabling us to run a tight ship.
Dobbie, our schnauzer, is chief-spreader-of-happiness. Her philosophy is ‘Hakuna Matata’ (no worries!). No matter the stresses of the day, Dobbie will have you smiling!
